S. Regunathan has served in many different government areas, from Finance to Information Technology, and from Animal Husbandry to Tourism. As Education Secretary, he launched the literacy programme in 1994 which raised general literacy levels in Delhi by 9%. As Principal Secretary to Chief Minister and Chief Secretary, Delhi, he launched the Bhagidari programme and the Stree Shakti Programme and instituted good governance practices while taking the prime initiative to computerize the entire Delhi government, machinery and introducing online transaction in many departments.

T N Bhatt is a double Masters degree holder, including a Masters in Education & Diploma in Education Planning & Administration from NIEPA (National University of Education Planning & Administration). He retired from the position of Deputy Director (Education) Delhi in 1984 and has since been associated with School Education Development & Research.
Mr Bhatt has been a member of the Governing Body of CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) and a Special Officer of COBSE (Council of Boards of School Education). One of his achievements has been the establishment of a school for Gifted Children which is now managed by NDMC (New Delhi Municipal Corporation) and is now named the ‘Navyug School’.
Mr. Bhatt has received the President’s Silver Medal, The Certificate of Merit of NDMC and a Statement of Appreciation by the Delhi Directorate of Education. He was also a resource person at NCERT (National Council of Educational Research & Training) and NIEPA. He has worked for the National Policy on Education and developed core curriculum materials for Grades I to VIII. He currently works as a Teacher Trainer & Educational Consultant.

Prof. (Dr) C.J. Daswani started his career in 1959, teaching English Literature, English Language and Linguistics at the University of Delhi, Jawaharlal Nehru University (New Delhi), and the University of Poona. He was associated with the National Council of Educational Research and Training and was responsible after the Government of India’s National Scheme of non-formal Education. He has worked as Consultant in UNESCO, New Delhi, the National Coordinator for the BFI Project and is currently a Professor Emeritus of the International Institute of Adult and Lifelong Education, New Delhi and a British Council Scholar, Ford Foundation Fellow, UGC National Lecturer and visiting Professor in universities in Germany, UK and USA. out major research in linguistics, sociolinguistics, English language, adult literacy and non-formal education and has published more than twenty books and over a hundred research articles. He is involved with various life- and soft- skill programmes in the fields of: spoken English, public speaking, communication skills and teacher effectiveness.

Krishan Khanna brings more than five decades of corporate and education experience to MINE SKILL, specialising is in the areas of vocational education & training, VET, for skill building and employment. He has been involved with various educational committees, notably the Prime Minister’s Task Force , as an expert member for skills development & employment generation for the nation.
He has served as a member of the Planning Commission, New Delhi, and on the eleventh plan working groups of: Secondary Education & Vocational Education of the Ministry of Human Resources Development, New Delhi; Secondary Education & Vocational Education, Indira Gandhi National Open University - Min of HRD, Govt. of India; Distance education and All India Council for Technical Education; The Ministry of Human Resource Development , Govt. of India. He has been awarded a National Citizen Award (1995-96) as technocrat of the year, and the Rajiv Gandhi Award in 2007 for being an outstanding proactive leader.

Tejpaal Bhatia After completing his articleship in 1978, he joined J.K. Synthetics Ltd, working there for five years. Then he joined Parasrampuria Synthetics Ltd, a single product company with a project outlay of Rs 5 Crores, but during his stint of eleven years with Parasrampuria Synthetics Ltd,, he assisted them to make it a multi-product and multi- location corporate group with a capital outlay of 1500 Crore rupees with plants at Rajasthan , MP , UP and Nagpur (Maharashtra). His area of specialization is fund-generation through banks, FDI, and raising equity from the public through IPOs, rights issue and private placement.

Manohar Chellani has over thirty years of experience. Education Promotion of India (EPSI) was conceived and developed by him; supported by education entrepreneurs. Mr. Chellani as Assistant Secretary General of ASSOCHAM initiated several industry-need-based programmes facilitating Policy, Initiation of Commodity Exchange and representing the Chamber in Parliamentary Standing Committee(s). His work i.e. business development in Export Promotion Council, hardcore sales in Industry increased their market share substantially which was appreciated by one and all.

Lawrence Fray is a graduate in both Arts and Sciences and has worked in several countries, notably England, Southern Africa, Ireland, & India, serving as school principal, academic director, curriculum developer & corporate/educational consultant. He travels extensively and has designed and delivered teacher training programs in the areas of lesson planning, delivery, assessment, and evaluation for several schools in India.

John Winkley is an engineer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors He is an experienced leader of educational projects in: Evaluation and Performance Management, Assessment & technology. He is leading the certification process for MINE SKILL’s Principal Centred Leadership Programme throughout India and abroad. John is Director in AlphaPlus Consultancy Ltd and BTL Group Ltd.

Jeff Ross is an Independent Prince II project manager whose fields of expertise include e-Assessment, e-learning and the use of IT and internet technologies in the education, training and human development fields. His background is in IT, education, publishing, logistics and business operations. Jeff is a founding Board Member of the e-Assessment Association and an Advisor to organisations in the UK and South Asia on e-Assessment design, procurement, and implementation.

Ashok Pandey is Principal of Ahlcon International School. He is highly regarded for his views on challenging educational issues. His area of expertise are institutional planning, administration and management, teacher development, value creation, inclusive education, and quality in education. He is a strong advocate of integrating international dimensions into the Indian school curriculum. He has authored several papers, articles on topics related to educational issues.
